Getting started

Sign up, finish onboarding, and let Kai run its first task for you. About 15 minutes end to end.

1. Create your account

Sign up at kaiday.com/register with your work email. You can use any email to start. Your business domain comes later, in the setup guide.

  1. 1
    Fill in your details
Your full name, email, and a password (min 8 characters, one uppercase, one number).
  2. 2
    Accept the terms and submit
No email verification step. You're in as soon as the form is accepted.
  3. 3
    Get guided into onboarding
Right after signup, Kaiday takes you straight into onboarding so it can learn about your business before you start working.
★ Register → onboarding → workspace, end to end in under a minute.

2. Meet Kai

Kai is your assistant. The bubble in the bottom-right is the same Kai everywhere. It knows the tab you're on.

The Kai bubble. Open it on any surface, ask anything, watch tasks run.
One Kai, everywhere
There are no separate "agents." Kai is the whole AI in Kaiday. Whatever surface you're on, the bubble is the right place to ask.
First things to try
  • ›What's on my plate today?
  • ›Build me a client intake form.
  • ›Record this meeting and send action items to the team after.

3. Finish onboarding

Onboarding asks Kai a few questions so it can pick reasonable defaults across the workspace:

  • What's the business? Name, industry, who you serve.
  • How do you communicate with clients? Email, social, scheduled calls.
  • What does "done" look like? Outcomes, cadence, who owns what.

Answers go into Kai's memory and shape every suggestion you'll see from here on out.

4. Invite your team (optional)

Admins manage the team from Admin → Users → Invites. You can also ask Kai to onboard a teammate. It sends the invite, sets their role, and walks them through the first-run flow.

If you run more than one company, Kai supports it. Each company is a separate workspace; you switch between them from the org selector in the topbar.

5. Pick what to set up next

You're now in a usable workspace. The most valuable next steps depend on what you want Kaiday to do first:

  • Want to send and receive customer email through Kaiday? Go to Add a domain then Set up email.
  • Want a client portal, intake form, or calculator on your own URL? Skip ahead to MiniApps.
  • Want Kai to read your sales pipeline or customer database? Go to Connect data & code.
